Returns Policy

If for any reason you would like to return anything you've bought from us, don’t worry. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) you bought on wildside.ccI'm afraid at this time we don't offer free return postage for  orders. We currently do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order on wildside.cc

A Few Easy Steps:

  • Package up any products that you wish to return, ideally reusing the paperbag they arrived in, and ensure that all items are unused in their original packaging.
  • Contact us by email info@wildside.cc with your order number and we will be in touch within 24hours explaining the returns process and where to send your unwanted items. 
  • You'll receive the refund and an email notification once we've processed your return.

Please note: You are responsible for return postage, we advise you send all items using a Recorded/Insured post, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the item back in sellable condition including in its original packaging and all tags attached we can refund your order. Please be aware that we will not refund the original shipping charges in any instance other than an item being proved to be faulty or if the order is cancelled.

If there is a manufacturing error during printing or an item is damaged during shipment, we ask you to provide us with a photo of the damaged product in question, a description of the problem and the order number. Once we receive this information from you, we will issue a reprint and send a new product to you at no additional cost. If your package shows obvious signs of damage due to transport, it is necessary to refuse delivery and inform us immediately. Please note that all complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 30 days of purchase in order to be eligible for reprint.
